James Pollock
Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1972, James Pollock is at the forefront of his profession. His extensive experience, including senior positions with Glasgow City Council, Assessors Department; East Kilbride Development Corporation; Richard Ellis and the Co-operative Wholesale Society, has enabled him to establish the excellent reputation of McKenzie Pollock as leading Chartered Surveyors and Property Development Consultants.
As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and former Chairman of the Planning & Development Division of the RICS in Scotland, Jim is respected throughout Scotland for his ability to identify and negotiate highly successful property developments throughout the UK.

Vivienne Maclean qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000 following her graduation from the University of Reading. As a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Vivienne has a decade of experience in all aspects of property valuation, rating, rent review, development appraisal and agency and has earned an excellent reputation in the Scottish property market. Previously holding the positions of Surveyor, Senior Valuer and Senior Associate within the practice before assuming the role of Director in 2002, Vivienne also manages the Glasgow office and is an APC Assessor (RICS Assessment of Professional Competence).
