We are frequently involved in the preparation of Feasibility Studies, testing whether development concepts can be made economic realities, ie whether they are viable.  We work closely with the design team professionals to assist in creating viable development opportunities.  This can be achieved by sometimes altering the mix of developments, or making constructive suggestions in relation to layout.
